Founder's Week- Reconnecting with Tradition
Hello MBI Student Body,
Founder's Week is a great time to learn and reflect on MBI's rich legacy. Here are a few ways to "value tradition" this week:
- Introduce yourself to the Moody alum in your midst, and ask them about their Moody experience and what they have learned since.
- Use post-session hangouts to reflect with your community of friends. Process the inspiring, frustrating, and challenging parts of your FW experience with them. Be a supportive listener, as well as an honest discloser, for your peers.
- Create your own time capsule by taking pictures and keeping a journal. Don't worry about taking furious notes; you'll take more away by writing down 1-2 takeaways from each session.
A few reminders:
- You need to be physically present at Moody Church in order to count yourself present; listening to the session on the radio or watching on TV does not count. The only exception is when there's an overflow because Moody Church is full. In that case, follow instructions of where to watch the session.
- Dress code is in effect for the morning & afternoon sessions.
- Download the attendance form now so there's no suprises at the end of the week.
